A couple of weeks ago I had a free Saturday. That doesn't happen very often! I was so excited when a friend of mine asked if I wanted to meet and make 2025 Bingo Boards. You know me, of COURSE.
We meet up at Tailored Brews in Savanna. My favorite drink there is Apple Pie Jitter Juice, add caramel and cinnamon. However, this year I have been trying to make smarter and healthier choices. So this day I ordered a strawberry & peach sugar free jitter juice. It's so sooooo good.
My friend Tammy who was so kind in organizing the event was already there when I rolled in on 3 wheels. She had also picked up some small poster boards for us to use and she brought markers and acrylic paint pens.
My contribution was some fun scrapbook stickers and paint markers. I was prepared, but not in the materials area. I had a Pinterest board full of ideas! 💡 It was more along the lines of a digital vision board.
When I tell you it runs deep in my veins, to make goals for a new year! I'm not kidding. Every year for as long as I can remember I've had a list of goals and dreams wrote out for the new year. Last year's list hung on our fridge all year. It's a great reminder.
Ever heard of Bingo Boards? Me either, but I'm always down to try anything twice. In short terms, you make a bingo board and add things you want to do in all the different spaces. The free spot is your birthday.
The goal of these is to motivate you to make these goals or achieve whatever you want. I added mostly things I know I want to achieve or do this year. Some of the other ladies put down travel ideas, reading goals, or cooking ideas. It was neat seeing everyone's different goals. Some of the ladies wanted to learn how to Frisbee golf. Most of us had weight loss goals and self care goals.
Among the 5 of us, we all asked how many spaces a Bingo card has. It's 25 by the way! 😆

I hope to do a blackout and accomplish all of the things on my Bingo card. But we will have to see. I have my 2025 Bingo board hanging up in my office. There are a couple squares I need to mark off already!
I have another girls crafty day scheduled in February. That one we are scrapbooking! I'm so excited. It's so much to be on the other side of craft classes.
